Napolitanas de crema.   Os dejo esta receta que os aseguro vais alucinar!!!! Rapida, facil y riquiiiiiiiiiiiiiiisimaaaa!!!


3 láminas de hojaldre
azucar glas

para la crema pastelera:
600g litro de leche
2 huevos
2 yemas
130 gr de azúcar
30 gr de harina de maíz
1 vaina de vainilla
1 piel de limón


Lo primero que debemos hacer es la crema pastelera puesto que es necesario que esté bien fria.
Cogemos la mitad de la leche y la ponemos en un cazo a calentar, junto con la piel del limon y la vainilla abierta. 

Mientras tanto, batimos los huevos y las yemas con la leche. Una vez lo tengamos bien batido, añadimos el azucar y la maicena.

Cuando la leche este bien caliente agregamos la mezcla al cazo y batimos con las varillas hasta la mezcla este bien espesa. La dejamos enfriar en la nevera unas horas.

Cortamos el hojaldre en rectangulos.
Ponemos el relleno en el centro.
Doblamos los laterales hacia el centro. 
Horneamos a 200º hasta que el hojaldre quede dorado.
enfriamos y espolvoreamos con azucar glas
